Install from your CRM app marketplace and choose all or selected client accounts. This is the only path that enables a read-only audit across every installed account.

Single account mode

Connect a single client account directly. This audits one account only. For a multi-account audit, use the marketplace bulk install above.

Connect one account

We request scopes that are read-only for your CRM business data (workspace metadata, conversations, opportunities, calendar events), plus a narrow oauth.write OAuth control-plane scope used only to mint per-location tokens (POST /oauth/locationToken) — never to write CRM data. No message bodies or contact PII are ever stored.
